Thanksgiving 2006

Our annual Thanksgiving Feast ended about an hour ago. Friends, family, food, football were all combined in a cosmic hash to form one of the facets of our memories. Hopefully, in the future when we are in need of a memory the light of God's life will reflect into our brains and sparkle the glint of tonight. A laugh, a smile, a smell or a flavor will remind us of the gratitude we carried with us during this time. That rememberance may cause us to take one more step. That one step may put us into the exact space to hear God's voice for the next step.
