The Dark Knight

Joy, Katy, Creech, Cameron and I attended the 3:45pm showing of The Dark Knight yesterday. Our local theater in Henderson was crowded, but we walked up to an empty ticket line at 3:35 and bought tickets. We entered the screen room where about 40 folks were waiting for the film. The room was set up for about 180, by two minutes into the film the room was 75-80% full.

The film was good. It did explore the darkness of evil and how even a good man can end up walking in the darkness after heart break. It will also ask a question, "How far will you go to do what is right?" Go see the film.

In the midst of all the hype, watch the parody film on the total awesomeness of The Dark Knight.

  2. It was great seeing Josh at the theater last night and I hope he does show up on Sunday.

The Dark Knight is worth the money, and isn't that what we expect but rarely find when we go to see a movie? Ledger was awesome; it's a shame he can't bring back the Joker in a future film. I think Heath broke the mold and no one else is going to reveal the depth of this character as well as Ledger did. Too bad they couldn't do the same with Bruce Wayne...but I do like Christian Bale better than any of the other Batmans.
