Fried fish, cole slaw, vidalia onion and lemon meringue pie

We feasted on the fish last night. Hot and battered just right the fresh fish was a food lovers dream. The cole slaw was perfect and the addition of thinly sliced Vidalia onions was an added bonus to a true southern meal. With family all around telling stories and reliving memories it was a magical time that will long live in my memories. The evening ended with lemon meringue pie and hot coffee on the back porch, no gourmet has ever dined better.
